REFUND POLICY

Catering Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all catering orders:

• 72 hours or more before the scheduled order: Full refund with no cancellation fee.

• 48–72 hours before the scheduled order: 50% refund of the total order amount.

• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled order: 20% refund of the total order amount.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. By placing a catering order with The Mediterranean, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
